We use Stripe to process payments. When you enter a credit card the details are transmitted directly to Stripe's servers and are not visible to us.

We use Facebook to collect data about how you use our site.

We do NOT use either Facebook or Google in our application, only on this public website. They have no access to your payroll data.

How Do You Use My Personal Data?

The majority of the personal data we hold is used to operate out site in order to provide the payroll services you have subscribed to.

We will also use your personal data to communicate with you, including:

  • Responding to requests for help, support, or information.
  • Sending receipts for the services you have subscribed to.
  • Sending you help to get started using our services. You can unsubscribe from these emails.
  • Informing you of changes to our site, special offers or products and services that we believe will be of interest to you. You can unsubscribe from these notifications.

Your personal data will be anonymised and aggregated with the other people's personal data and used to produce reports and statistical analysis. This aggregated data may be shared with third parties and used publicly on our site and in our communications.

We use the information collected through Google Analytics to improve our site and our marketing activities.

How Long Will You Keep My Personal Data?

We will only store or transfer your personal data within the UK. This means that it will be fully protected under the Data Protection Legislation.

We have no control over where Stripe store their data, this data may be transferred outside the EEA.

We have no control over where Google Analytics or Facebook store their data, this data may be transferred outside the EEA. This data cannot be used to identify you.

Do You Share My Personal Data?

We will share your email address with Stripe in order to process your payments. This is necessary to make it possible to contact Stripe directly should any dispute arise.

When you send data to HMRC through our site, it is sent to HMRC.

We will not share any of your personal data with any other third parties for any purposes, subject to the following exceptions.

If we sell, transfer, or merge parts of Our business or assets, your personal data may be transferred to a third party. Any new owner of our business may continue to use your personal data in the same way(s) that we have used it, as specified in this Privacy Policy.
